MAISON DOUCE Guesthouse in Arles

I will be delighted to welcome you to the rooms of this pretty house in the classic neoclassical style with its pretty garden and parking lot, in the heart of the city of Arles and its entertainment.

The historic center is right in front of the house, and on Saturday mornings, the large Provençal market stretches out in front of the garden gates.

Leave your car in the garden and wander on foot in the historic center to discover the city's rich heritage, its emblematic museums, its contemporary art foundations (LUMA and Lee UFAN Foundation), but also its beautiful shops, the many restaurants and cafes.

In the evening, let yourself be seduced by the sweetness of life, and join the Arlesians who love the Lices district to enjoy the beautiful terraces offered by the restaurants and cafés.

In fine weather, breakfast is served on the terrace or in the garden. We serve a breakfast with fresh and local products, homemade jams and honey, various breads, pastries, fresh fruit or in salads, cheeses, fruit juices, cold cuts and eggs, to which I often add a homemade cake.

With a little musical noise in the background, if you like jazz … otherwise you choose ;)

This terrace and this garden are entirely at your disposal if you want to work or just chill on a deck chair.

Maison Douce was built in 1899, it does not have a lift. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or who have difficulty climbing stairs.
children under 2 years old are welcomed free of charge at MAISON DOUCE and will have a travel cot for sleeping.
